ABOUT
Nathalie Bais
With a rich background in personal growth and well-being, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to my work. Holding a Master of Science in Change Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration/Business Economics, I began my career in corporate finance at Deloitte while also pursuing my love for professional dance. However, a toxic work environment led to a burnout, prompting a career switch and deep reflection.
Driven by a love for new experiences and continuous learning, I transitioned to becoming a certified personal trainer in 2021. Specializing in women's coaching, strength training, pre- and postnatal fitness, and hormone health and lifestyle coaching, I focus on helping others achieve optimal well-being.
My personal health journey, including overcoming an eating disorder, navigating the demands of top-level sports, and dealing with perfectionism, has been challenging yet invaluable. I keep learning and challenging myself to be the best health coach for my clients. Therefore, I participated in the Hoffman Process, which has deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and overall health.
I am committed to challenging limiting beliefs and embracing innovative approaches to health. My mission is to empower women to embrace their uniqueness and take ownership of their well-being, breaking free from limitations and achieving a healthier, more fulfilling life.
